Hi,
I fly mainly in Europe and each country has it's own Transition Altitude/Level, unlike the U.S where it's harmonized.
I use the transition altitude which is published for the departure and destination airports which can be different. However, in the FSCaptain admin application I can only set one altitude to use. As a result I am getting penalised for using an incorrect QNH setting below the transition level.
Could we make this configurable for the route, or even better, have a database of transition levels for each airport so it evaluates it automatically?
Thanks John

Hi John,
There is a transition altitude database that's used for each flight. The text entry area in the Administrator is a holdover of the days before the database was used. Currently the value there serves as a "default" value in case an airport can't be found in the database.
So if you take off from Manchester (EGCC) you'll get a call around 5000ft. Land at Krakow (EPKK) and you'll be reminded when passing 6500.
And I really need to get updated data to Dutch in time for 1.3.1....
