[Resolved] Prosim 737-800 ac config and load map not working

I am using home cocpit

I have to use a unique aircraft which is prosim 737-800 to make it fly with my homecocpit.

This a/c is rare and only used by homecocpit owner whoo use prosim suite to make the cocpit work with prepar3d.

I have diffuculties to set up aircraft carecteristics and load maps .

I read too many comments and user manual I beleive I did my best but still load maps dont work properly.

 when I give a command to load 160 pax it still loads below this amount anf fs captain can not  send correct pax count to gsx level2.

The prosim aircraft is installed in C:\Users\Behic\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\ProSim-AR\Simobjects\Airplanes . Is it possible fscaptain can not recognise the ac location.

Hello Behic,

Thanks for the files, and sorry for the problem.  Both the configuration and load map files read fine, so I need you to do a few more things for me.

Start the Admin.exe and generate a new flight... use 160 PAX as you've mentioned.

Then take that ADMIN log file and prepare to send it to me.

Now, start up in your simulator and go through the loading process for this flight.

If the process does not give you the correct PAX count, then please get the FCDU log and the FSCAPTAIN log files and send them to me along with the ADMIN log file from earlier.

I need to see what's happening, and where your other PAX are getting lost.  Your log files may show me.

D:\LOCKHEED MARTIN\PREPAR3D V5\FSCaptain\Aircraft\Maps\PAX\

If your problems continue, please send me new ADMIN and FCDU logs, plus your Dispatch Release for the flight.

Otherwise, please let me know and I'll explain what I did.

(I resisted naming the Co-Pilot's station "Trav" - I wanted a way for you to differentiate between my Load Map and yours... but at the last moment it seemed silly of me to do so.)

Hello Behic,

I am sorry for the problems you are having.  Could you be more specific - exactly what didn't work this time?

Your FCDU log shows that GSX was informed of 160 PAX.

Your Dispatch Release shows a nearly full load, with the Load Plan and Load Summary looking good.

Those were a result of the new Load Map from yesterday.

Your FCDU log shows a good loading process until 39000 of 39700LB were loaded... and then some of your stations looked to be lighter than they were earlier.  I cannot explain why that might be.

I should have asked you to please include another Prosim screenshot of the After Load stations.  Please make another test and include the FCDU logs, the Dispatch Release, and a Prosim Fuel/Load screenshot.

I notice from your earlier FCDU logs that your first flight was set to "Baggage Only".  I would ask you to enable that on the Load Map I sent you yesterday.

I am currently working on the next Testing Refresh build - I think I will call it "Beta 1" - and I will add some extra logging to display the Load Station status at the end of a Load.

The worst case scenario is that if the aircraft is fighting me over station weights, you may have to switch to "No Load" and "Simulate Load" on your Load Map, but I will ask you to let me get Beta 1 out later this week so I can have a long look at your loading situation.

Dear Sir ,

I understan that the situation is interesting.

One month ago I performed fresh reinstallation of win10. Before that load map was working perfect. Unfortuately before the format I forgot to beck up FSCaptain.

I made a fresh intallation of fscaptain. Load map has never worked since the reinstallation. Then you update came and nothing has changed. ı will kep on working to mak it correct.

I like your fscaptain very much and it is much better then the competitor.s I dont mention their names here. I own and tested all your competitor software. Fs Captain is the best so far.

Last question do you advise tu check only baggage or not.

Bu the way I will mak changes on load map to find the problem . Keeping the original cfg as Backup

Dear Behic,

Thank you kindly for your very nice words about FSCaptain.  We do our best to work with all possible flight-sim aircraft, so Captains everywhere can gain some enjoyment.

Whether to have Baggage-only or not should be your preference.  I thought you had that setting on your first logged flight you sent, but I may have been mistaken.

Service Pack, Beta 1 should be available on Friday or Saturday; it will track the loading process in detail and I can review your logs afterwards.

Thanks!  I'm glad everything has been sorted out.

I will review it later on this weekend... I'm hopeful to release Beta 1 on my Saturday or Sunday at the latest.
