I love you're product!I use it since FS2004...I'm on P3Dv4.5 HF3 and still can't imagine a single flight without FSCaptain. One other thing that I highly value is you're support.You never made me feel like bothering you when asking for help,and
always solved my issues very kindly and with a lot of patience as sometimes I was creating the issue myself without knowing it .
So today I'm not here to solve an issue but just to thank you and to send you some love and respect.

Wholeheartedly agree with you Philippe. There customer support is second to none. Always Patient and always make you feel nothing is too much trouble. (but I bet the eyes roll sometimes. lol) So I add my thanks to all at FsCaptain for a great piece of software and for their great support. May you continue to evolve the program for many years to come. Best Steve

Philippe and Steve, We thank both of you for your most kind words! I do my best to help support all Captains, but I know that there have been requests that I've not been able to properly respond to. For that, I apologize. Recall that I am a customer just as both of you are. I am certain that I made Dutch's eyes roll for many years, but he was always patient with my "suggestions," until one day he simply gave me the source code to do with as I could. So yes, Dutch is the kind of guy who will literally "give you the shirt off his back." Peter - also a customer - came onboard after me, and has held our feet to the fire in regards to many things great and small. Peter also has the benefit of living in a strategically important location which gives him "early morning access" to email and the forum in order to alert us of things. Yes, I don't visit the forum every day any longer.... All joking aside, we do appreciate the support of all of our Captains. We also fly with FSCaptain for all of our flights, and we do want to make the experience the best for everyone. Whether adding new features, or 'fixing' existing features, this isn't a job for us. I'm happy when our customers, the Captains who depend on our product to give their simulator time a purpose and meaning, are happy. That's why we try to do our best. My two colleagues, Travis and Peter, are simply the greatest. I recognize a combination of talent and emotional maturity when I see it Let's all look forward to many more years of having FSCaptain in simulators now and in the future.
