Repair aircraft after a hard landing, crash, something breaks inflight and needs to be repaired after landing/diverting. Have a tracker of how many passengers have been injuried/killed i.e safety record.
I know that FS Captain basically pretends that your airline "leases" the planes but this is desperately needed to make this program a clear replacement for FS Passengers. I know FS Captain was never intended to be FS Passengers but it already has so many more features that if FS Passengers were ever to see P3D (it wont) I would have a tough choice on which program to use. Really just missing these 2 things to get a little more immersed in the program.

Hi Busdriver! I've never used FSPassengers, so I would need guidance on how they handle things like this. ----- A few years ago we introduced the concept of "Aircraft Damage Inspections" which would prevent you from making a flight after any damage was incurred (that includes bird strikes, cabin smoke, blown tires, overweight landings, and any systems failure). The net result is that if you were on a multi-leg flight, or if you simply wanted to make another flight after you landed somewhere, you would be prevented from doing so while you were still in the simulator. You can always exit to the desktop and restart the simulator, and you could then make another flight. I had toyed with the idea of allowing an optional "persistence" so that a minor inspection call would not let you fly that aircraft / tail number for perhaps a day... and more severe inspections would lengthen the period that aircraft couldn't be used in Dispatch. Taking it to the limit, a crash should mean you could never fly that aircraft again in your career. Is that similar to what you are suggesting?? If not, please guide me! ----- As for passenger injuries, we don't track them per se, but we do know if you have a hard landing with PAX... or a crash... or a runway overrun, or if you simply leave the belt sign off and hit a patch of turbulence. So we could have a Passenger Safety Award if you have no/few & minor injuries, and a Passenger Safety Demerit if you do. And a Passenger Safety Warning if you have a string of injuries, and a Passenger Safety Dismissal if you can't keep the wheel-side down. Let me think on the latter, while you think on the former. Best,

Update - we do track flights where there were injuries from unbelted PAX during significant turbulence. We could assume some (currently random) injuries from runway overruns and outright crashes.
There was one flight I made a few years ago - a default CRJ7 into KMSP (IIRC?) - where I simply forgot to lower the landing gear before landing. I kept that in my flight log as a beautiful reminder that I'll never be close to being perfect.... LOL
Best,
