OK Dutch this is just a idea I dont know how everyone else would like this but here goes. I think that when you select and commit to a flight from your hub example KDCA to KPHL and fly that flight in a certain aircraft lets say the E145 once you land and finish the flight and are ready to do the next flight you should only be able to do next flight from KPHL to back to Hub location or to a new dest. In the real world pilots have to actually fly back to get where they came from they are not just able to warp back. So ok in a since some kinda airport lock saying ok you flew here...you are here in this aircraft... so when you go slect new flight FS Captain knows where you are at and you will not see All other Flights you have made with your hub you will only see the flights back to your hub or to new dest.

I had a similar idea for an option soon after I started FSCaptain.
I started with this thought - that it would be realistic if you could only immediately fly from the airport at which you had just landed. Then I reasoned out that you as a pilot could deadhead to a different field to pick up your next assignment, so FSC would have to calculate how long to delay you between, say a landing at JFK and taking off at BOS.
Then feature-creep struck. Would there be a delay if you had to go through Customs? What would be the minimum delay if you were departing from a field 20 miles away? 50?? You could hop in a car and drive that distance.
I never suggested it for two reasons - I felt no one would want to limit themselves, and I thought Dutch would throttle me when he realized the complications. ;D

I generally only make short flights so can quite often find myself flying a second run straight after landing the first. However, I like the ability to, for instance, land into London and fly the next one immediately out of Paris as I enjoy the variety. I know that’s totally unrealistic in the real world but above all I want my flight simming to be fun and I’d probably find that level of realism to be restrictive rather than enjoyable.

I had actually though of that, and there's an option in the airline configuration files called HOMEBIAS, this controls what percentage of flights not started from the airline's base hub that will be routed back to the hub. A HOMEBIAS=50 would mean 50 percent of flights started from a airport not the airline's base, but within range of the base, would be to the base.
HOMEBIAS isn't accessible from the Administrator, you'll have to edit the airline.cfg file with Notepad. I think the default is 40.
