My hard drive failed and My FSCaptain registration code was lost. I purchased FSCaptian from FS Pilot Shop this year around March. What can I do to obtain the same code or another? I am willing to provide pertinant info.

Hi Smalpoxx,
send an email (see blue text below) to Dutch and Travis with as much detail about your purchase as possible. Ideally, you could forward them the email that you may have received from FS Pilot Shop, or maybe you have an account there that contains more details.

Dutch has the keys to the filing cabinets, and IIRC he's away for a few days.
If you still have your FS Pilot Shop login (or their original email), that might be the quickest way for you to get your registration code.

I want to thank the admins, Peter and Travis, for your prompt response and assistance. While researching my purchase details in FS Pilot Shop I observed the registration code in small letters at the bottom of "Past orders" summary of my purchase. I tried the code and it worked! I thoroughly enjoy your product. It enhances my simulator and enables a narrative that just is not available in the vanilla simulator. Thank you for your time.

My license key from my Fspilotshop order did not work. I have sent an email with all details to dutch@fscaptain.net. IS this the best way to proceed or shall I send the details to a different email?
