Simple but effective and user friendly...why not?
screwed the pooch on my first flight because I couldn't get the door of my unlisted RealAir Duke Turbine v2 for Prepar3D v3, to close...like a dummy, I took off knowing the manual said to would close like a car door at speed...and i was running out of time...a real no no
... you are supposed to be able to click anywhere on the open door surface to close it, but that doesn't work... at least for me… Turns out that "Shift-E" will close it for you.
Regards to all,
busted back to wheel washer,
Chas

Hi Chas,
I didn't know you could click on the door, I always use shift-E with all my planes, including the Turbine Duke in P3D3.
Just to understand your suggestion more clearly: you want an "active tab" that makes you aware if the door is closed?
Cheers, Peter
