Just want to expand on an idea of pilot ratings. so for a landing you score 100 BONUS
A soft landing made your passengers happy. 300-200F/PM + 1.50 A very soft landing made your passengers happy. 200-100 F/PM + 3.50
An outstanding landing made your passengers very happy. 0-100 F/PM + 5.50
Departures Passengers are pleased for a good departure in bad weather. + 5.00 Passengers are pleased for a good departure in poor visbility. + 5.00
Arrivals Passengers are pleased for a good arrival in bad weather. + 5.00 Passengers are pleased for a good arrival in poor visbility. + 5.00
PENALTIES A Hard landing caused some cargo to become damaged. -10.00 Very hard landing caused most passengers to become injured. -25.00 Passengers became sick from your excessive bank angle. -5.25 Cargo has been damaged from your excessive bank angle. -5.25 The gear were extended beyond 250 KIAS. -8.25 Flaps were extended beyond 295 KIAS. -8.25
Passengers became sick from your excessive dive. -5.25
Pilot ratings could then be used as 'best FSCaptain pilot or best company pilot

Definitely planning to do a bit of an overhaul of freight loading in the next version. Need to be able to specify the type and size of standard loading containers on a per-airplane basis, so that when we get to do animated loading we'll know what to show.
This will lead to more realistic loading times and sounds, too.

sounds very good
Would you want to go down the animation route?
There is already programs out there that take care of that. (GSX/AES)

We plan to interface to GSX and any other outside program that has an API we can use. But it's likely there'll be some internal animations too.
We're waiting on the GSX API specifications to proceed on that front.

I was PM'ing Umberto within hours of the original GSX announcement. (Reference "grown man crying", etc. ) I've also pinged Oliver about AES offering an API. Both gentlemen reported that they would consider doing so. But since they both have other, more important things to consider for their own needs, we've been content to be patient.

One thing to mention about vertical landing speeds... when runways are contaminated, pilots are in fact encouraged to touch down firmly so their tires generate friction and not trigger an anti-skid system.
But those are good ideas, nontheless.
