We may need more details. Can you email us crash logs / Windows Event Logs etc. What was the last version that you could successfully run? Did you read the README file - and especially this line: FSCaptain now uses the Visual C++ 2013 RTL libraries which earlier testing has shown that not all Captains have. To check, you should run the Administrator and see if it crashes. If it does, you most likely need the Microsoft VC++ 2013 libraries (the x86 version we believe) which you can download from here: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 - once there, just click Download and then select the x86 version. (And if that doesn't allow you to run FSCaptain, go back and download the x64 version from the same page.)

I had to reboot after updating FSCaptain to 1.7.0 (I had 4 copies of admin.exe running in task manager.) After rebooting, despite telling Norton 360 that my FSX folder was safe when I tried to run FSCaptain Norton flagged it as a virus. Once I restored the files from quarantine in Norton 360, Admin ran just fine.
BLUF: Try rebooting.

One day when I've nothing else to do, I'll see about enforcing a single-instance EXE under Win32. I have an article as guidance, but it involves changing project properties and I get deathly afraid when I start meddling in these areas....

Does it mean you cannot do anything for me,I really don't consider not using fscaptain.

Not yet - I received both 1.6.3.3 and 1.7.0.0 logs and they both indicate that the Admin ran, and swept 185 aircraft... and stopped cold.
Could you please email me some recent Admin logs from when everything worked?? I could then compare and try to figure out why it stopped.
Then too, could you look in your Windows Application Event Log to see if there's an Error that you could compare timestamps with - your Admin stopped at 20:44:39 and again at 23:33:00.

Received, and we've started tossing around ideas.
You have a lot of aircraft being processed which is my initial take on things. Not that's a bad thing obviously, but that's where your crashes have occurred.
I will be offline for a few hours, but talking with Dutch later in our day to see what he thinks.
Regards,
