It would be nice to have a small utility that will delete all ai on the ground at airports not on a list. This list can be updated while in a flight session. It will allow you to have full traffic at the airports you want such as your departure, destination, an alternates. What is the point of loosing performance to ai that are not near you on the ground at some airport you are not flying to? Your thoughts?

I might be wrong but I think this is already done by FSX itself at some extent?

I personally don't think that will be implemented:
- So far, FSCaptain does not deal at all with AI traffic, so it would be a completely new feature that is unrelated to the main function of FSCaptain. - There are a lot of good programs around that deal with AI traffic. I use Ultimate Traffic 2, but there is also TrafficX (or so) and the freeware program World-of-AI. - If you want to remove AI planes in front of your plane you can do that with the registered version of FSUIPC
Cheers, Peter

Really? Care to share what this creation is? I am interested. Its a separate program from an larger one call AISIDSTARS. The cull program, conveniently named, AICULL can be used separately. Search this forum ( forum.avsim.net/topic/408490-ai-aircraft-sid-and-star-controller/page-17) page 17 for this link http://www.mediafire...7/AICULLV10.zip For the main program, page 17 http://www.mediafire...ISIDSTAR12Q.zip Note that the program is continually being updated so be sure to keep checking for the latest versions.

AISIDSTARS (and AICULL) are very well-considered utilities, and although I've been too busy over the past several months to keep up with them (Day Job ) I would encourage all Captains to look into using them for your flights. AAMOF, I would highly recommend these utilities for those Captains who use the stock MSFS/P3D AI traffic. (Last autumn I did manage a set of SIDSTAR files for Northern California that's included in the AISIDSTAR release. AISIDSTAR's developer was very receptive to some of my suggestions!)
