Hi Dutch,
How about having the program compile an AI_BGL file from the flight plans for a particular airline minus the flight number the pilot is assigned to and import into the Scenery/World/Scenery folder?
I've read over the limitations of importing flight plans into FSCaptain and I understand that would probably mean the same limitations would be imposed if they were to be exported. The only real problem I see however, that instead of a single aircraft being able to be assigned to multiple flight numbers each individual flight number would have to be assigned to an individual aircraft. This would mean that there would be an awful lot of aircraft sitting around an airport that should not be there but it seems to my layman mind that as long as you assigned the last way point for each flight to an airport that is not associated with any flight number all unnecessary aircraft would be absent.
