Dutch, I have a suggestion or request (call it what you will). I fly for a VA but use their schedules or tour itineraries. In FSC it would be extremely useful when sitting at the gate if one could login to the dispatcher and set it to create a flight using the current flight plan destination. This could be called something like Flight Plan Mode. In this way one could do ad-hoc flights easily without having to go into the Administrator and add the desired flight as a scheduled flight for the airline each time. The other thing is that when adding a scheduled flight only numbers not letters are accepted for the flight number (my VA uses ABCD suffixes for different legs). Thanks David

Thanks David No real world airline has "ABC or D" at the end of the flight number for a multi leg flight (Although some SkyWest training flights have a letter in their callsign). Just imagine it being at the end for your own clarification, but noone else(ATC) needs or cares to know which leg you're on. Simple as that

Simple as that Thanks for your input, but I don't really understand the how this is relevant when FSCaptain customers are surely more likely to be flying for virtual, rather than real airlines. Will allowing those who wish to do so to type a letter into this field, really spoil the party for those who will only ever type numbers? The last two (well established and respected) VAs I flew for used letter suffixes for individual legs, so perhaps not quite so simple after all?

What i'm trying to get at is that even tho the VA does have the letters to show which leg it is, that doesnt mean you fly with that. Its basically trying to make it easier for you to understand which flights are connected while you're searching for them. Im not saying there shouldnt be this feature necessarily, i'm just trying to help you understand how things work for real world and 99% of VA's.
