The fourth value, the "x" in your example, is the Vref speed - approach speed.

For example..
Speedcall=5,120000,119,120,134,xA Speedcall=5,130000,124,125,139,xB Speedcall=5,140000,129,130,145,xC
So the approach speed for 120000 lbs is xA? I just didn't know if "V1,VR,V2" AND "Vref" are on the same line with the same weight for takeoff and landing.

In most of the speed tables I used to input the (relatively few) speedcall tables the Vref speed was the same for all weights at the same flap setting. Not all though, it depends of course on the aircraft.
The V1,VR, and V2 are only used on takeoff, the Vref only on approach, and all it will do is display the Vref for you on the FCOM during approach if it knows it.
