FSCaptain 1.1.4 is available for download from the website. A Fixpack exists to upgrade any existing version, current users should use this rather than the entire download.
The new release contains three new enhancements and several important bug fixes. There are more bugs on the list to be fixed and these will be fixed in 1.1.5; work on which will be starting soon.
A summary of the changes (from the README):
Enhancements included in 01.01.04:
----------------------------------
The Administrator Aircraft Characteristics page has a new data item called "Maximum Payload".
This is optional, and if not given or zero will calculate the maximum payload as before.
But if a number is specified here, that weight will be the maximum weight of the payload
that will be assigned to the aircraft regardless of any otehr factors.
The Airline Schedule Import function now has a new input field, "Timezone Adjustment" to
be used to convert the GMT times from the imported schedule to local times.
The Airport Rebuild function now has a new option, whether or not to include seaplanes
bases (airports with all water runways) into the rebuild. The default is not, which is the
previous functionality. If you wish to fly from seaplane bases you will need to turn on the
option (located just below the rebuild button) and rebuild your airport database.
These problems are fixed in 01.01.04:
------------------------------------
ID#0047: FCOM not installed properly on the HJG 707 aircraft.
ID#0055: Sometimes duplicate flights from a schedule (but for different times) are not shown.
ID#0058: Times imported into a schedule not always converted from GMT to local.
ID#0059: Airport limiter feature on Manifest doesn't prevent cargo load outside limits.
ID#0060: Reports of missing airports in airport rebuild function.
ID#0063: Changing fuel in dispatch window -- change doesn't take.
ID#0065: Some fields not updating in the administrator.
ID#0067: Export does not report error message properly.
ID#0068: Experiencing hydraulic failure on non-hydraulic aircraft
ID#0073: Speed, weight, and altitude editing restrictions expanded in Administrator
