I have entered the Reg Key and still get the "unregistered" message in the sim.
Key purchased from Flightsim.com/Pilotshop.

Email me (dutch@fscaptain.net) your key and the exact name and email you used to purchase FSCaptain at flightsim.com and your problems will be solved.

Problem Solved Heads up to all newbies; When you enter the Reg. Key, DO NOT click on OK at the bottom of the Administrator. Leave the Admin. running.

Instead, click on the 'Register FSCaptain' button to the right.
I'll close up this little hole.

Don't make me out to be the idiot here. I DID click on the Register FSCaptain button, as well as clicking on (afterwards) the "OK" button. I was trying to be helpful here.

My apologies!

I purchased FSCaptain from FlightSim Pilot Shop on 9 June 2010. Under the terms of purchase they sent me the program on a CD ROM. I received and email form them with the License Key: H268J-57Q4C. I have entered the Reg Key and still get the "unregistered" message in the sim. No matter in what sequence I use it still comes up "UNREGISTERED" Anyone have a solution to this problem?

I suspect it's a security related issue. I believe you are using Vista, correct?
Try this: run as Administrator and disable UAC, and see if that makes this registration issue co away.
Others have had similar issues on Vista, could someone who solved it please comment?

I clicked the "reg" button, then closed the program, without ckicking "OK". Worked for me. (Vista64) 1.click registration 2.close the program
It's a good practice to install everything in FSX "as administrator". I had crashes, AC that wouldn't load, etc. until I did this. I also run Fsx "as administrator. Hope this helps.
