Flt 1340,
Me and my Buddy Co- Pilot Crash Lane. We both went to Foster Brook's flight school. Check Foster Brook's flying Youtube Me and Crash. had not flew turbo props. or heavy's So I said let's get checked out flying a DHC8-Q200 with 13 PAX F.O Trav and FA Heidi.So I made the TO from Hulman field rwy 5 and clime to 9000ft. Learning the operation of the Autopilot clime to 9,000 ft and
set course to Hdg 135 and FO and FA served snack. Keep my cruising speed under 250 kts. All went well on flight. Till I said
Crash do you want to do the landing I got to blame the result's on somebody. He said sure why not. We had to make a Go around the first landing approch. Then crash turned the Auto-Pilot off. and when tree top approach to runway 35R people were screaming and FO said pull up. I think we landed in grass and taxie ways then back on RWY crash set the props in reverse and F0 calling out speed till we got stopped. We damage the landing gear. see the flight report.
Hey who was that Beta tester that made the remark I love to hear the Passangers screaming?
The FA said sorry for the bad Landing and hope they would fly with us again. she said they all white color and shaking as they unloaded I see the Aircraft listed as "SET" what's that Travis?
Do you think me and crash should make a return flight back to Hulman Int airport?
Well I would post a screen of the Dash 8 parked at Lousville KSDF but we don't have a screen shot area.
PS My flying has got to get better flying Turbo props can't get mutch worse.
