One little problem with the 'Suppress Auto Fuel Load' Option:
When I have the APU running fuel is used while the passengers are boarding. You won't get cleared then because you have less fuel on board than the moment boarding started.

Interesting, I'll need to put a little cushion allowance in there.
I think the solution is to not consider fuel quantity for clearance purposes with the suppress fuel auto-load is on. Or, alternatively, allow up to a 1 percent drop in total fuel quantity and still be cleared.

Perhaps FSCaptain should check the check and compare fuel quantity at prior to takeoff instead of at the gate. Complying with a minimum take off fuel quantity would be closer to real world ops

Just was able to get back to FSX today to try out the new FSC version. I saw in the changelogs that this problem should have been corrected.
With the 'Suppress Auto Fuel Load' option checked on the load map I still do not get cleared for departure when the fuel level drops below its initial state.

Still does not work correctly I think. Although it says 'READY' on the fuel - even when the level drops - you cannot proceed with the F1 key as long as you do not fuel up again. When I cancelled the simulated auto-load (because it did not start up properly) and chose for manual load, it even showed me the fuel with the red color. Simulated loading worked the second time I started FSX. Even with the doors closed though
