Hi, Had a flight from YUL-YYZ WestJet 589 VATSIM Fully staffed, on Sunday early Zulu, de-icing was required due the conditions as it was snowing like nothing, even the de-icing was required prior I had also noticed that we didnt get the full deployment of the flight controls due to the conditions, Requested taxi to the de-icing pad, slow taxi due to bad breaking action, reached the de-icing pad (didnt know that de-icing with FSCaptain is only at the gate ) after a few minutes we requested to taxi back to the gate got my taxi clearance back to the gate, if was cool as many A/C were coming to the de-icing pad prior departure, Reached back the gate E48, de-iced & got the anti-ice good for 30min approx, cool got cleared to taxi for 24L via AM & M, reaching 24L the right engine flame out "cool this is not my day apparently or shall I say glad didnt happen in the air for sure" start lever to Cutoff, APU on & connected, tried to restart the engine stared but there was an obvious serious issue as the engine didnt respond to the thrust lever input. Informed the tower that we shall cancel the flight as we have got a technical issue with the right engine, instructed to taxi via the 24L prior vacating delaying the traffic behind ready for departure due to the slow taxi also the limitation of the one engine taxi thrust input. Back to the gate E48 once again, informed the dispatch that the flight had to be cancelled, maintenance issue. Have a good flight.

Ya I noticed that the engine restart won't happen. I was flying the NGX into Oslo some time back and the weather was bad (heavy snows). I got a flame out on final approach, but the engine would not restart. When I landed on the one engine, the plane still could not restart that engine. I wonder if fsc is still locking me out from restarting. Could be a bug?
