Dutch:
I created a new airplane cfg and note the following "features"
1. If you base your new aircraft on an existing aircraft (assume Lear45) and give it a new name (assume C510), the new cfg file will be named Lear45C510.cfg. I expected the new file to be C510.cfg
2. The documentation indicates that, by default, small aircraft do not have a FO. However, the aircraft configuration tab has a checkmark that would indicate that a FO could be added. However, checking the FO box has no effect. I also looked at the .cfg file and did not see any entry that seemed related to the FO. Is it intended that the FO be an option for small aircraft?

Both those sound like bugs to me. Undocumented features, as we like to call them Will be fixed in the next release 1.00.01 Dutch PS. I verified both bugs exist as you reported them, they are fixed in source and the fix will appear in 1.00.01, probably Sunday 6-DEC-09.

Hi Dutch,
thanks for such a great program - it feels wierd to know someone is expecting performance-related acions from me - give a feeling of context to the flight. I like it!
The previous posts in this thread have not quite hit the nail for me.
I did my first flight in a Cessna 208. I checked the box for FO, because I like company, but had no voice. So I am assuming the 'bug' is that a checkbox appears but no voice is heard - right?
So I'm also assuming that if I choose an a/c which _shoul_ have a FO I'll get one? Would a Dash 8 qualify?
Many thanks again for the great prog!
Roger.

Roger:
As I understand it, the option to select a FO in "tiny" and "small" aircraft will be fixed in the next hot fix. Currently you can have a FO in aircraft larger than "small."
