I will add to this thread as I find new bugs and possible improvements.
[Bug?] The FSCaptain FCDU indicates that I completed a flight without any ETA revisions despite having revised the ETA once during the flight
[Bug] Having commited to a flight in the FSCaptain Administrator via the Flight Dispatch tab, closed the Administrator, then returning to change the flight, the Administrator asks the following: 'Do you want to change existing commitment flt [...]? When clickling YES, nothing happens, same when clicking NO, so this function is broken. Once committed I have to complete a flight or manually delete it from the Flight Log.
[Bug] Flight Dispatch in the FSCaptain Admininstrator: Entering Airport, Aircraft Type and Specifc Flight Details (Destination AAAA), I press List Flights to list the charter flight to AAAA. If I then change my mind and I want a different destination, I enter a different one under Specific Flight Details BBBB and press List Flights again. It will however list the previous flight, destination AAAA. Only a complete restart of FSCaptain Administrator makes it possible to select a different destination (obviously).

You are given credits that allow you to revise the ETE. For example, ATC delays will give you credits. Only when you use up the credits will you be penalized for revising ETE.
Your #2 is a bug.
Also true of #3. I am working on bugs today and should be able to fix these.
