Poor or no defense shooting by "enemies"

Hello,
I'm using FSCAI on P3D v4.5.
I setup with LW a enemy flying formation of 12 Heinkel He-111P that I attack with a Spitfire armed by Tacpack.
I have expected a strong defense from the Heinkels but this is not happening.
They have been correctly inserted in the FSCAI database where I cloned the existing He-111 with mine (guns are the same as the original one).
FSCAI reports them as enemies (axis) and my Spitfire as allie.
Any suggestions?
Btw is it correct that I don't see my Spitfire accounted in the flying aircraft list in the proper FSCAI window where I can see the Heinkels plus eventually my wingmen?

Yes, it's correct, user is listed at left column of interface anyway. 

Bombers won't shoot if you aproach from below, you have to be higher than them. They may also not shoot at your first pass.
