Hello, I uninstalled the FCDU gauges on anything showing that it was installed.
Travis I sent the files to Peter, who in turn said he forwarded them to you and dutch. Just checking that they were received.

Hi,
I just purchased FSC yesterday and unfortunately I am not able to get the FSlabs A319/320 to work and the issue is, that I cant see the aircrafts in my Flight Dispatch dropdown menu. When I start P3D the aircraft is getting recognized by the FCDU.
I am using the latest 1.8.1 version and In my unlisted type there is also no entry for the Fslabs aircrafts.
Could you please assist me with getting the Fslabs Airbus started?
Thank you and kind regards
Florian

Hi Florian,
First, thank you for your custom, and we will endeavor to continue earning it!
There could be several reasons why these aircrafts don't appear in the dropdown list, so to cut through all of the possibilities, I'd like to ask if you would ZIP/RAR/7Z/etc the log files in your \FSCaptain\Data\Logs\ folder and email them to Dutch, Peter and myself. Also please include a link to this forum thread (or the forum thread title) so that all of us know to what the logs pertain.
You can see our email details if you click the forum link that's in my signature below.
Best,

Hello Florian,
welcome to the FSCaptain forum. The FSL A320 works fine with P3D 4.4 and FSCaptain 1.8.1 on my PC, so I am sure we can figure this out. Just follow Travis' instructions and we will have a look at your logs.
Best, Peter

Just to update that we've made adjustments to how we see things, and Florian now has the FSL aircraft active. Best,

What am I missing here? I cannot get the CRJ700 to show up in the flight list. It does show up as CRJ7 Bombardier CRJ 700 but in the unlisted, it shows up as just CRJ7. My main folder is named: Bombardier_CRJ_700. Here is what my airplane.cfg looks like (part of it):
[fltsim.3] title=Bombardier CRJ 700 sim=Bombardier_CRJ_700 model= panel= sound= texture= kb_checklists=BombardierCRJ700_check kb_reference=BombardierCRJ700_ref atc_id=NCRJ70 atc_parking_types=GATE,RAMP ui_manufacturer="Bombardier" ui_type="CRJ700" ui_variation="White" ui_typerole="Regional Jet" ui_createdby="Microsoft Corporation" description="The CRJ (Canadair Regional Jet) family of aircraft was derived from the Canadair Challenger business jet, which began its operational life as the LearStar 600. The Bombardier Canadair CRJ700, which entered service in 2001, is a stretched version of the CRJ100/200 regional jet, with increased seating capacity from 50 to 70. With increased length and upgraded landing gear, the CRJ700 features a longer wing span and leading edge slats. Like other members of the CRJ family, the CRJ700 features an electronic flight instrument system (EFIS) avionics suite and “glass cockpit” instrumentation."

Hi Richard, The real-world ICAO type for this aircraft is "CRJ7", so our "Bombardier_CRJ_700.cfg" Override file has a type of "CRJ7". (Others are "CRJ2", "CRJ9", and then the "CRJX" for the CRJ1000.) That's likely why it appears in the dropdown as "CRJ7......." Do know that there is an "ALIAS" value for the configuration files so we can have "\Aircraft\CRJ700.cfg" and "\Aircraft\CRJ-700.cfg" both point to the "\Aircraft\CRJ7.cfg" file for the same data. ---- I love the default CRJ700, but I'm currently favoring the VirtualCol CRJ series - even with its many quirks. (Their C/G values are impossibly horrible to manage... even though the aircraft can fly. And they ship the a/c with only one Load Station. But I digress before I open a new thread on "How to make A/C more friendly to FSCaptain"....) Regardless, VirtualCol have a good GUI for "systems modelling" which is something we can easily work with. If you have any questions about my reply, please feel free to ask!... Best regards,

Travis,
Yes, but I create a flight using the the CRJ700 which shows up in the main list but it does not show up when I load the flight using the CRJ. I have tried everything but I cannot get the flight to show up in jet.
The default CRJ and the 737 are great using the Oculus Rift. It's basically the only way I fly anymore, using VR.

Travis, just to clarify, the CRJ7 shows up in the "unlisted" files.

Richard,
I'll need your latest ADMIN log files (at least 2 or 3, so I can x-check things) and all FCDU and FSCAPTAIN logs from your "mis-identified" flight attempts.
You can ZIP/RAR/ETC them and email to us, and please include a link to this topic so we all know what they are in reference to.
Best,

Hello Spizzo,
that can happen if the airplane developer, or a livery artist, has not set some parameters in a consistent way, for instance. I have other FLysimware airplanes working fine, so I am sure we can fix that. Can you send us (see blue link below) a zip file with your FSCaptain\Data\Log folder, your FSCaptain\Aircraft folder, and the aircraft.cfg file of your airplane model (located in Simobjects/Airplanes/<Aircraft Folder>)? Please send the email to all of us and copy the address of this thread into your message so that everyone on the FSCaptain team knows what the logs are for.
Cheers, Peter

Hello guys, just want to say this is an amazing application that adds so much immersion to FSX. I do have a question regarding why the captain sim 757-200 does not appear on the dispatch list? I just installed it today, and added the FCDU with no problems. I can load up a flight anywhere and use the FCDU while FSX is running. However I usually set up my flights in the administrator and I'm not sure why this particular aircraft wouldn't show on the list. I've been using the captain sim 767-300 with no problems at all. I was going to give up and just create flights inside the sim using the FCDU but when the loading begins it doesn't load the appropriate amount of fuel, and say "no fuel auto-load". Never seen that message on any aircraft before.
I followed the troubleshooting steps described but no luck so far, everything works except no 757-200 to choose on the dispatch drop down. I know this is a common aircraft in the community so not sure what the issue is here. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
