Hi,
I think this has already been mentioned before, so I'd like to second the idea of adding an occasional incomplete pax and/or cargo load, as if one or a few pax didn't make it to the departure lounge in time, or -- more significantly weight-wise -- one or more of any cargo items didn't turn up or make it through security, etc.
Might be a nice little curve-ball to throw into the fuel/time management mix etc right at the last moment!
David
PS As a consequence, I guess the "Required" and "Needed" columns on the FCOM "Load in progress" page (ID 21) would need renaming to "Expected" and "Awaited" or the like.

A change to the the field names on the FCOM might not be necessary - but it would be interesting if it were in the PIC's control as to whether the flight should wait for the final stragglers to show up, or to close the doors and pull away from the gate on schedule. And if that works well, then in a newer version add another curveball whereby if you leave the gate on-time but short a PAX or two, give Dispatch the capability to send an FCOM message while you're taxiing to take-off ordering you back to the gate to pick up the late PAX because they're a VIP or something. So you would have wasted fuel and wasted time. Everybody's unhappy. ;D
