Greetings Captains, The new FSCAI release is still cooking. Documentation and packaging, plus more debugging to try and reduce the number of stupid things AI pilots do is ongoing and picking up pace. Great staff !
Combat simulators there are out there a lot. Flight Simulator has it's own unique realm. For people that like to fly in that realm and wish to simulate military operations in it, this work is a huge step forward...
Trying to do just that for years now, I'm quite aware of the limitations of all sorts... To keep it short, I like the new features : 1. AIs pick up and attack ground targets & 2. AIs shoot A2A misilles against user (and other AIs). I was trying "for ages" to achieve that...
Providing also FS users Weapons to use & shoot (the AI weapons), apart of the payware solutions that are out there, it's also a major feature (and makes FSCAI a "complete mil ops pack" for end users). Comparing with the efforts of people in the past to have some sort of weapons to drop - like Weapons pack 4, gauges for gun aerial combat & poor man's weapons pack - this is way better & advanced.
Looking forward for this... but take your time.
