Hi there!
Is there a "how to do" that´s simple enough for non-native english-speakers (like myself) of how to add weapons to other objects? I would like to arm some AI-ships...

Your best bet is to wait until the next release, which will allow editing of the vehicle and weapons databases via dialogs. There will be instructions in the manual.
The release in the field now requires you to use a text editor to do it.
