My concern about FSC Manifest and loading mechanism is it might be too accurate
Realy world airlines are permitted to use Avarage passenger weight to calculate aircraft loading. By apply my complany's policy (72,40,10kg for Adult, child and infant with hand hold baggage), It seems for an 738 with over 100 passengers, there might be about half ton of inaccuracy on PAX weight.
BTW FSP has passengers including children and infants, With their individual weight listed, that makes calculation more interesting and that also gives about this much weight inaccuracy.
While check in baggage and cargo are well weighted most of the time, But still a chance of hiding payload here or there.
It could be an option of complany policy on how passenger weight are calculated in manifest, and it would be better to have option on specific avrage value to use. While the "ture weight" of every passengers a randomly generated on the background.
If it's automatic load, then it's easy to "fool" Captains with a calculated manifest while load aircraft with real weight. Well, if it can't be autoload..... maybe this option just not work for manual load mechanism anyway....
Of course if one just use the things like "PMDG Cheat" for FMC input and performance calculation. that doesn't bother them too. In fact one or two tons of weight deviance was well under safety margin of modern airliner performance calculation. I voluntarily be bother with that is just for adding another layer of reality and unexpectedly, It could, by very little chance, makes your aircraft 2% or even 5% heavier or lighter than you could anticipate. like 3 football teams happend to be on your poor ERJ
