Hello Travon,
welcome aboard and thank you for your custom. As far as I know there are airline configuration files publicly available apart from those already included. However, it is quite easy to create one: just open the Administrator and modify the Airline Definitions according to your needs. It is possible to import flight schedules as long as they have a suitable format. This is explained on page 122 of the user guide. Since you posted your question in the Virtual Airlines section, you can send us an email (click on the blue text below) with more details about your VA and we can help you get things set up.
Don't hesitate to ask more questions. FSCaptain has a lot of features and you will likely need some time to discover them all. However, we're always here to help.
Cheers, Peter

Thanks Peter, I realized that it is possible to create my own airline, but if there are config files out there, would you happen to know where they could be found?

Hi Travon,
that depends very much on the airline. If you tell us which airline you want we may be able to help.
Cheers, Peter

Hi Travon,
I have contacted Dutch and Travis about this, but Dutch is travelling and Travis occupied with RL issues. I will be away for a week and Travis will probably be on the forum in the next few days. He can give you more information.
Best, Peter

Hello Travon,
We had to wipe all of the uploaded files after the 'hacker attack' a few months ago, so there's nothing that I have access to.
Dutch is away for a few days more... but when he returns I'll see if he has a backup of the files from a year or so ago.
Regards,

Hello all! Where can download the finished timetables? I am very interesting for the Emirates and Cathay Pacific! Thanks in advance for the answer.

Hello Artem,
We haven't worked on schedule files in quite some time.
I have an idea to search for some online data that could be curated and translated into our schedule files, but I haven't the time to do the initial investigation yet.

Hi, Travis! Maybe there is some kind of program to translate the schedule? Or an example how it is possible most to make the schedule?

Hello Artem,
The FSCaptain User Guide has two section - Generating a Hub Schedule, and Importing an AI Schedule. The former allows you to make random schedules for your airline, and the latter allows you to import "AI Airline schedules" (with the items detailed there).
They each will help guide you in creating and editing schedules. There would need to be a lot of manual editing if you want a "realistic" schedule. The ones we provide came from lots of manual editing several years ago.
What I would like to make is a utility that can accept a specifically-created format text file to import as a 'new Airline schedule.'
Because I do not know of any current data source of Airline flight data, I can't create such a utility yet.
Perhaps at some time in the future, when a valid data source is found, we could make one.
Until then, any airline's schedule would take a lot of personal time and effort to make.
Regards,
