The Problem:You've received your FSCaptain registration code ( thank you very much!) and entered it, but the program responds that the FSCaptain website can't be contacted. The Solution:There are three. One, on your end, temporarily disable your Windows firewall (or whatever firewall or security package you use) and see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, we've received reports that some anti-virus software, in its zeal to protect you, will block our registration process. So temporarily stop your anti-virus, or allow 'Admin.exe' an exception if you can do that. If all that fails send an email to me (dutch) or Travis (travis) or Peter (peter) at fscaptain.net giving us your name and registration code and we'll give you a procedure that will get you going. We answer all these as quickly as we get them, but FSCaptain is sold in all timezones and we have to sleep so be patient it may take a while to get an answer but it should never exceed 24 hours at the very most. It might be a good idea to send that email to all of us, in case one or two of us is sleeping or on vacation or whatnot

hi all entre registration code press register button get message fscaptain.net could not be contacted check internet connection . have tried 5 times with no luck .internet connection is ok NEED HELP

The Problem:

I have performed all of the above and sent request to Dutch with no reply I do have windows 7 and operate 4 screens.
Looking forward to a speedy reply

Skippy, Dutch is on enforced medical leave from the ACME offices for a few days, and his assistant doesn't have his log in information. Just forward your email to me and I'll check back with you.

Thx for the tip... AVG was blocking the connection to the site and made the registration process fail.
I temporarly stopped AVG and everything worked fine

Hello, Just purchased FSCAPTAIN from PC AVIATOR installed the program and tried to register it but the program keeps on saying it cant connect.There is nothing wrong with my internet conection.Im running windows vista.I have tried to email you at your specified address that you have fscaptain.net PLEASE ADVISE? Zdenek.

Hello All
Just to share my solution when I encountered the same issue.
My Avast was blocking me from register the license key. After shutting down my AVAST temporary it was activated in no time.

Avast is involved in many of these problems, but any antivirus can block the registration, try turning it off temporarily, it often solves the problem.

Hello!
I just registered successfully in de Administration app, but when I open up the FCDU it still says I cannot fly from the (non-trial) airports and that I should register.
