Hi Guys I have been having a strange problem. I and hear the cockpit door open but but no first officer voice. also the fuel loads and cargo loads but no pax loads even though it says auto load in progress please advise thx lee

Hi Lee,
I would first check if the volume settings for the FO are OK. If yes, check if your right speaker works fine, because the FO is the only sound the is exclusively on the right channel. If that doesn't help, please send us some recent logs.

Please send your recent FCDU logs (from the \FSCaptain\Data\Logs\ folder) as noted in the post linked to in our signatures.

Same with ground crew

open the Administrator, go to "options for all airlines" and click on "Sound control".

They're all on full by default though, I've not changed them and it's a bit quiet.. oh well.. no way of increasing the value of 100% in some cfg file or something? Ha...

It is a bit tricky to get the right volume because it works differently in the FCDU.exe and the internal FCDU that is launched from within the simulator. If I recall correctly,
- for the internal FCDU you also need to set the appropriate volume in your simulator. - for the external FCDU you can adjust the volume using the Windows Volume Mixer
