Hi everyone,
I know that this issue seems to have been answered many times, but I tried everything below and my QualityWings RJ aircraft still do not show up in Dispatch (or have a config file in FSCaptain\Aircraft for that matter...)
1. Installing the ACARS for the BritishAerospace-QWSim Avro 70 panel (ACARS for RJ85 and RJ100 was installed automatically as well)
2. Changing the atc_model from BA46 to RJ70 in the [general] section of the file S:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\QualityWings Avro RJ70\aircraft.cfg
3. Removing the duplicate atc_model lines in the [fltsim.0] and [fltsim.1] sections
4. Adding a dummy atc_id=1234 line in the [general] section
5. Using the Delta Connection RJ70 repaint instead of the default QualityWings plane
5. Starting a Free Flight in the Delta Connection RJ70 at KSEA Active Runway (34R in that cae)
6. Opening the ACARS and browing both the Offline and Login sections (aircraft type in the "SELF-TEST OK" window is FSX BA46, but in the "OFFLINE" window it becomes QualityWings Avro RJ70)
After all this, if I go in Dispatch, <Unlisted Type> and click List Flights, I get this message :
I can confirm that no RJ70.cfg file was generated in FSCaptain\Aircraft although it should have according to the instructions when I clicked Login on the ACARS
I'm using FSX Steam Edition on a Windows 7 x64 machine running FSCaptain 1.62. I have FSUIPC 4.939n and both the Avro RJ planes and Radar Contact v4 work perfectly. I have no other add-ons.
I'm still using the Demo Mode of FSCaptain since I want to make sure it works correctly with my installed aircraft before I buy the full version.
Thanks for your help,
STL
