Trying to make a flight plan from egll to omdb which is a flight time about 6 hours or so, every time I hit the commit button its says the aircraft is overloaded with fuel to about 46062lbs and than says needs refuelling stops. it loads fuel to 21364kg and doesn't matter what I change this to it always says the same thing. Obviously I doing some thing wrong but cant find what it is?

Hi Peteauau,
this is likely because of a configuration problem in FSCaptain. You can either follow the guide "Aircraft configuration How-Tp.pdf" or you can zip and send (see below) us your FSCaptain\Aircraft folder and we can have a look.
Cheers, Peter

Hi,
These are some of the relevant settings I use on PMDG 737-800 (FS9): MaxLandingWeight=146000 MaxPayload=41800 FuelCapacity=46063 FuelReserve=0 CruisePPH=4980 ClimbPPH=6960 DescentPPH=3000
FSC gave me that also on a KSEA-PHNL flight with PMDG 737-800, I ignored the message. My ATE was 6.16h, fuel burn 36322lbs (~16475kg) and I had a payload of 31600lbs (~14300kg), cruise alt was 34000 or 36000ft. For 2/3 of the way I had headwinds sometimes at +100kts. I loaded 44000lbs fuel for takeoff as calculated by Simbrief.com. So I had plenty of reserves left.

Hi Dirk,
I think FuelCapacity=46063 is for the default 738. If you add up the fuel stations in the PMDG model aircraft.cfg (I think they are in gallons instead of lbs) you only get about 39000 lbs
Cheers, Peter
